Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days for US orders. International orders may take 14-30 business days depending on location.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order contact us at sweetpaw@proton.me and we'll make it right.

How does the 5% donation work? 5% of every order goes directly to dog shelters. Every month our community votes on which shelter receives the donation. We post the results and proof of donation on our Instagram page.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe contact us at sweetpaw@proton.me and we'll look into it immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order has been processed and we're unable to make changes. Contact us immediately at sweetpaw@proton.me if you need to make a change.
