You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment if the following conditions are met:

1. The items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
2. The items must be in their original packaging.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@sweetpaw.shop and always state the order number and the email address you used to place the order. In addition, please let us know which items you would like to return and for what reason.

Since the environment is important to us and we are still a very small company, we want to keep returns to a minimum and therefore do not offer free returns. We therefore ask you to place orders carefully and to pay attention to the dimensions, if any are given.

As soon as the return request has been approved, you will receive an email with further information. When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, you will be refunded to the payment method originally used within 14 working days.

If your return does not comply with our returns guidelines, we will inform you via e-mail and send the goods back to you.
